Dr. Tammi Fleming is an executive coach, strategist, and author dedicated to helping leaders move beyond technical expertise to lead with presence, equity, and purpose. A lifelong public servant and former Infrastructure Investment Equity Fellow with the U.S. Department of Labor, she brings decades of experience in philanthropy, nonprofits, and government. Tammi is the founder of Diamond Consultants and a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation. A proud resident of Sharon Hill since 2006, she believes in the power of leadership to transform communities and lives.

Shequitta Kelly Joubert. born in Michigan City, Indiana is the presiding judge of County Criminial Court #11 in Dallas, Texas. Inspired by a colleague, she eventually ran for judge and successfully won the position.
Judge Kelly's journey is marked by a commitment to breaking barriers and providing representation for young girls who might otherwise limit their aspirations due to a lack of role models. When Johnathan is not writing, he volunteers at his local church, helping in the children's ministry. He also has experience in theater and drama, performing in plays like Arsenic and Old Lace at Landmark College. Johnathan currently lives with his family in Pennsylvania, working on his next book he wishes to share with the world.

Beginning her work in education at just 14 years old, she has dedicated her career to preparing students, especially those most at risk, for post-secondary success, financial stability, and responsible decision-making.
She is the founder of the Power2Plan Youth Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship Program, an initiative designed to equip young people with the tools necessary to make informed financial choices. Through her work, students learn essential skills such as budgeting, saving, credit building, entrepreneurship, and interview preparation.
