Low Carb Cooking ($10 per class)

This is the last Low-Carb/High-Fat Cooking class until Fall! Mark is going to teach us how to debone a chicken, cook the pieces, and create a delicious Chicken Piccata! This class is great for those trying to lose weight, eat less carbs, or cook for family members living with diabetes.

This is an introductory dance class for youth 3+. This class features traditional and contemporary dance, combining dance techniques and fitness movements.

Students will explore storytelling via the body and improvisational methods. By using different styles of music, students will learn to release their inner artist. No experience required.

Contemporary dance gives your child complete creative freedom to jump, twirl, and move at their own pace. Blended elements of Contemporary and Modern dance allow students to explore their individual dance styles.

In this session, we’ll be slowing everything down and encouraged to work while listening to ourselves and our breaths. Perfect for the elderly, those with limited mobility, and the athlete.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese meditation of movement and is used to alleviate stress and anxiety. Tai Chi for seniors helps improve overall health, balance, and safety. Instructor: Bernard Stankay.

Advanced Tai Chi ($90)
Saturdays, 9 am- 10 am

In a world that is so fast-paced, it’s hard to catch your breath. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese meditation of movement and is used to alleviate stress and anxiety. Tai Chi for seniors helps to improve overall health, balance, and safety. This gentle exercise consists of making slow, graceful movements while breathing deeply. Intermediate and advanced private lessons are available upon request.

Learn to make pottery on the potter’s wheel! In this class, you will learn and perfect your skills on the potter’s wheel. Learn how to make, glaze, and fire functional pots that can be used in your everyday life.

Be your own ARTIST! Come and learn how to create your own masterpiece on canvas or art paper, using pastels, charcoal, and acrylic paints. Learn to mix colors, use form and shadow to create pictures.

This class is open to all ages, youths, teens, and adults. Learn to transform your ideas into designs. Learn the basics of screen printing and how to print gifts, posters, t-shirts, and apparel for your business or starting your own clothing line.
